Binary package hint: casper
The computer should beep on LiveCD main start page is displayed. This will enable the blind and disabled users know when to press the F5 + 3 key combination for accessible install.

Unfortunately we have tried this in the past and been unable to make it work. Currently, this is deferred until we switch live CD booting to use GRUB 2 rather than syslinux/gfxboot, at some point in the future.
