Bug Description

Jaunty beta

Sequence of events:
1- Dvorak keyboard layout is selected at Live CD boot
2- Proceed with install
3- Select London as region
4- Preselected keyboard is US Dvorak instead of UK Dvorak

I suspect this is because gfxboot-theme-ubuntu sets console-setup/layoutcode to us, in addition to setting console-setup/variantcode to dvorak. Arguably the option should be renamed to "US Dvorak" or the code in gfxboot-theme-ubuntu/casper should be refined to not preseed the layout as US.
