Bug Description

Boot a Feburary 8th alternate install image of lubuntu of feburary 8th image of ubuntu-server and select high contrast. The color is the same as regular so this option has no effect. To reporduce boot an alternate installer and press f5 for accessability then select high contrast with the arrow keys and press enter. select install lubuntu from the menu the installer starts but with the normal color scheme.

I am unable from the installer itself to get the debain but it looks like version Candidate: 20101020ubuntu362
  Version table:
     20101020ubuntu362 0
        500 vivid/main amd64 Packages

Indeed, high-contrast, any much of the boot settings on the server iso (and apparently alternate images) appear to not work properly. Reassigning this to gfxboot-theme-ubuntu; which seems like it's more likely to be the package at fault: if one edits the command line manually to add the right options, they are properly taken and used.

Of note; the desktop image seems to work just fine.
