    dh_auto_build.
  * Run test suite with VERBOSE=1 so that we can see the log file on

  * Drop installation of gfs2 init script.
    - debian/rules: Drop installation rules.
    - debian/{gfs2-utils.maintscript,gfs2-utils.postinst}: Handle
      the removal for upgrades.
  * debian/patches:
    - Drop 0002-Fix-Default-Start-Stop-for-dependency-based-boot.patch,
      patch 0004-fix-init-scripts.patch. No longer needed.
