Binary package hint: gfax

On default installation of 10.10, /var/spool/gfax directory is missing.

I have the same exact problem as above. Ubuntu 10.10.

I get the same error message when attempting to run gfax. This issue seem to also affect Ubuntu 11.04.

This issue is still present in gfax 0.7.7+ds-2 on Ubuntu Raring, producing the following error message:

Looks like it could be related to bug 589748.

I found a corresponding bug report in Debian and attached a bug watch. The reply there unfortunately indicate the package might be be orphaned or removed, though.
