getlive no longer works with Hotmail

Due to changes Microsoft made in MSN Live/MSN Hotmail a couple of years ago, getlive no longer works. According to discussion at https://sourceforge.net/p/getlive/news/ by the project's author, Jos De Laender, "There's no way I can reasonably patch GetLive further to fetch mail. So I guess that's the end of GetLive."

I can confirm, I have tested it with a Hotmail account I spun up for testing purposes.

Ubuntu should probably drop this package from all distributions of Ubuntu, as it's no longer functional or maintained. As far as packages that use getlive, it's one of the "recommends" for mail-notification.

Unfortunately I don't see a suitable replacement out there.
