Bug Description

man geoiplookup offers:

    geoiplookup [-d directory] [-f filename] [-v] <ipaddress|hostname>

The usage string from `geoiplookup -h` offers:

    geoiplookup [-h] [-?] [-d custom_dir] [-f custom_file] [-v] [-i] [-l] <ipaddress|hostname>

The '-i' and '-l' parameters are missing from the man page. The program itself does not have a '--help' to explain these parameters/options further.

Thank you for your bug report, that seems rather an upstream issue than an Ubuntu one though
