Bug Description
Binary package hint: gentle
I've tried to align two sequences using GENtle, but it seems like there are no options available to do so. Pressing alignment or Ctrl+G results in a new window with a cancel button, that's it.

Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better.
I reproduced this in Ubuntu Natty by:
running GENtle from the terminal, add a new sequence, then press Ctrl+G. A dialog with the title "Settings was displayed", but it only contained a cancel button.
