Description of problem:
Received a message to perform a system update. (Note: this was with a clean and updated apt-cache). Elected to let the GUI perform the update. What was expected was a clean update, but an error message was displayed at some point instead. After viewing /var/log/apt/term.log, the following error was revealed.

CORRECTION:
My final note was incorrect. Sorry its late and I'm exhausted.
The only file that doesn't exist as referenced in "/usr/share/doc-base/gegl" is "api.html".

Hope this clarifies my mistake. My Apologies.
