Default Printer Selection is Not Correct

Bug Description

I had to re-enter my system printer (which is default in System/Administration/Printing) because Geeqie would not print to it. To do this, you must select "Custom", and type in the printer name.

No longer applicable, because the GTK print dialogue is used
