Bug Description
i can set "use custom border color in window mode" and "use custom border color in fullscreen mode" and the setting is saved but then ignored in both cases; the window background and fullscreen background is always black.
xubuntu 15.10 (64bit) + geeqie 1.2 (from official repo) 1:1.2-3build1 0
