gedit save on sshfs fails if file is mine and not checked backup file

Bug Description
connect to server linux with sshfs using this command
sshfs <email address hidden>
put into home two files with different users.
-rw-rw-rw- userx grp my_file.txt
-rw-rw-rw- usery grp other_file.txt
open a terminal and go to /mnt/home
open with nano other_file.txt edit it and save it
RESULT: all ok.
open with nano my_file.txt edit it and save it
RESULT: all ok.
open gedit put check into "Create backup copy before saved"
open /mnt/home/
RESULT: all ok.
open /mnt/home/
RESULT: all ok.
open gedit leave check into "Create backup copy before saved"
open /mnt/home/
RESULT: all ok.
open /mnt/home/
RESULT: gedit write me that you haven't permission to save the file.
