Bug Description

When syntax highlighting makes a word bold, it actually increases the width of that word. This didn't happen with previous versions of gedit.

This is immediately noticeable, should take a few seconds to fix, and will make many more programmers sad than happy if it is not fixed.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 beta 1.
