Bug Description

gEdit won't display a file automaticaly if caracter encoding is Western ISO-8859-15 and was saved with another editor

examples are openVZ patches

i'm guessing he tries first with utf8 but doesn't try again with Western

so i have to manually set it from the dropdown menu in the error bar

gedit 2.30.3 / ubuntu lucid
