gedit crashed with SIGSEGV in IA__g_signal_emit_valist()

Opened a file (which didn't exist, and from a folder that didn't exist as well) in the console as "sudo". And gedit crashed, with these messages in the console:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Then apport lauched.
