Text file created time = modified time after each edit

3) I expected: File Created time doesn't change, but Modified time updates
4) When I right-click a file and open Properties in Nautilus I see times when file was last Accessed, Modified and Created. Created seems to be always equal to Modified, i.e. gedit updates it after each edit.
