Bug Description

***
Please change this bug from gedit to the correct package.
***

The default system calculator has lost its options feature (comma separator, deg/rad, precision, etc.)

It displays left justified instead of right justified.

Clicking on its icon in launcher with the mouse wheel to launch another instance does not work. That is a monumental problem.

Trying to report these bugs with ubuntu-bug -w produces the attached screenshot except that you cannot scroll to the bottom to continue the reporting process (hence the gedit proxy).

Similar problem with bionic. gnome-calculator suddenly stopped working. here is the terminal log.

thiras@sagan:~$ gnome-calculator
/snap/gnome-calculator/180/bin/desktop-launch: line 23: /home/thiras/.config/user-dirs.dirs: Permission denied
You need to connect this snap to the gnome platform snap.

You can do this with those commands:
snap install gnome-3-26-1604
snap connect gnome-calculator:gnome-3-26-1604 gnome-3-26-1604

(the '3-26-1604' number defines the platform version and might change)
