preserve file name after failing save action

Bug Description

If I wrote a very sophisticated file name and the save action fails (e.g. due to missing permissions) and I want to save again, the file name is lost for no reason. This should be changed.

I experienced this with gedit 3.10.4 on Ubuntu 14.04.
