Bug Description

Attached file can not be opened by gedit on Ubuntu 12.04.
I get the error:
Invalid byte sequence in conversion input

Yes, the other bug is similar, but the error message was different.

And additionally in this bug I can't even view the content of the file, I only see the red backgrounded error message.
