Binary package hint: gedit-plugins
Bracket Completion plugin adds extra brackets when following keys are typed with ibus 1.3.7.
Actual result:
( and " -> (""))
( and ) -> ())
Expected result:
( and " -> ("")
( and ) -> ()

Seems nothing to do with ibus...
