Geany should recommend its plugins to be discoverable

Bug Description

Binary package hint: geany

When searching for geany in Ubuntu software center, the only item found is the IDE itself, the plugins are hidden as technical items, and are not shown in the More Info page of Geany as Add-ons. Some sort of dependency should be added to display the plugins as Geany addons.
