Build menu is disabled on reopening of the project

What i did:

Created new project,
Saved the new file in it (Hello World program)
Built
Ran

What happens:

Everything is ok

Now, i close the project, and create a new file,
After that i close the file and reopen the project via Open recent projects

I try to build

Menu Build is disabled, i cannot click on it.

Clicking on the Build button works, but button Run produces an error that there is nothing to run
