Bug Description

Literally this been reported thousands of times and AFTER A YEAR of NO FIX, it is still affecting users! Is this some sort of a joke? I spent over a day re-installing and trying everything again just to result with a constant boot error, and I can't get anywhere near the OS because it is stuck on a purple screen. When the gub comes up it displays some key is wrong error but I don't have encryption enabled, afterwards only the _ is stuck on the screen without flashing. Can't we finally get the graphics drivers some love here from Canonical somehow? This is highly irritating already.
