Bug Description
I just upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 18.10 on a Windows 10 dual boot machine. The machine has a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 GPU. I have tried to diagnose and fix the problem using prior posted solutions, such as video card issues with nomodeset(https:/
In recovery mode (4.18.0-10-generic) I tried running fsck but could not unmount the partition. I am using 97% of my bootloader partition so I ran recovery mode's clean but that also did not fix the issue.
I am not sure what else I should try - I anxiously await and appreciate any further guidance you may have.
