GDM Settings can't be defined for ubuntu-only greeter

Bug Description

We should be able to override gsettings in greeter for Ubuntu-Greeter:ubuntu session only instead that for all the greeter sessions.

And the same time should be possible for others to use updates-alternatives to use a different mode for vanilla GNOME sessions.
