Bug Description

Login works on start up, but when logged out and login in with another user end up blank screen with only moving cursor. Will not make any difference using xorg or wayland. It is failing some 15 times out of 20 tryout. Sometimes it boots by itself sometime ctrl+alt+del seem to result into boot and sometimes only cutting out power will enable boot.

So gdm3 is useless to our purpose as we share always on pc's within our team.

I am pretty sure it is a bug. There would not be option to log out, if only restart makes it possible to logout and login with different user, though fix could be removing that possibility.
