Bug Description
18.04 upgraded from 17.10
If I fail to enter my password correctly on first attempt in GDM, the following successful attempt fail to launch Gnome. I only obtain a grey screen freeze.
* Hitting Alt+F3,4,5,... give me an ugly graphic mashup.
* Hitting Alt+F1 return to GDM who complain about a “login fail” and ask another time my password.
* Another successful password attempt finally launch Gnome correctly.
* Hitting Alt+F3,4,5,... give me again an ugly graphic mashup.
* Hitting Alt+F2 return to my Gnome 3 session.
** I run `apport-bug gdm3` at this moment.
Thanks for your attention.
