gdm default config doesn't use Human gtk theme

Bug Description

gdm doesn't use the Human gtk theme for the gtk widgets (in the language and
session selection windows).

This can be set in /etc/gdm/gdm.conf. There's a line with #GtkTheme=Default.
Change it to GtkTheme=Human.
