Natty: Cannot activate auto-login in gdmsetup

I want to activate auto-login for my username in gdmsetup.
But the "login as:" listbox is empty. It should have at least one login name.

My home-partition is encrypted.
Could it be the reason why the field is empty?

Could be connected, having the exact same problems with encrypted home-partition. If it is supposed to work like this it should be mentioned during setup and in the login options. I'll see if I can unencrypt my home folder, it doesn't seem that illogical to me, just very very poorly implemented.

moma: yes, most likely.
Bosma: you can not choose both auto-login and encrypt your home during install.

Only thing needed is that "Login screen settings" removes the option to turn it on and maybe a notice that home is encryped.

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable release - Oneiric Ocelot.
