[gdm][l10n-fr] Caps lock displays the wrong message.

Binary package hint: gdm
Hi!
This bug occurs everytime.
At gdm login, when pressing Caps Lock a message appears and says:
"Le verrou numérique est activé". Which means "Num lock is enabled", which is wrong because it's the Caps Lock.

Thank you for your bug. The upstream translation for that: "Le verrouillage majuscule est actif.", which is correct. The bug comes from the french rosetta translation, marking the gdm task rejected then
