gdm-simple-slave crashed with SIGSEGV in _XFlush()

New install from yesterday 1-14-10. Dual booting with 9.04 which works fine.
The problem seems to be autologin not working. It starts to load the desktop, music sounds,
drum sound, then back to screen wanting login password.
