Bug Description
Binary package hint: gdm
when boot ,it display this mesage,and drop a shell.
then use startx,it can work.
I have tryed to uninstall nvidia driver,it seems that there is this problem still.

Try "sudo locale-gen --purge". Seems to be a duplicate of #504198
