Flight4: Applet does not allow switch user

Bug Description

I've just installed Flight4 and noticed a new applet in gnome. I'm sorry I don't know the name of it but the icon is one of a door - I imagine this implies "exit".

Anyways, clicking the applet displays a dialog with six buttons. Selecting "Switch" user results in an error dialog. The message asks if "X is setup correctly".

The problems here are:
1) The feature doesn't work.
2) The message given does not indicate why it didn't work.
3) The message given does not suggest any ways to fix the issue.

Thanks for your bug. Could you run "gdmflexiserver" from a command line and note what it writes exactly?
