The login screen setup window is very wide when using Chinese as default language

The "login screen setup" window is very wide (much wider than my 19' LCD
monitor) when using Simplified Chinese as default language, the window size is
not adjustable. No problem if English is the default language.

fi.po is now fixed in rosetta (added newlines), but not yet in GNOME CVS.

Different languages are different issues, so please use differents bugzilla
number. The spanish one is already known and fixed upstream:
