Turn on Num Lock at startup when numlockx is installed

Bug Description

Hi,

This, rather than a bug is a suggestion: I understand that the default behavior for keyboards is to have the Numeric Lock turned off, but /etc/gdm/Init/Default should (by default) include those three lines that check whether numlockx is installed or not. Right now, that file is overwritten on every upgrade.

John.
