gdm has runtime dependency on ksh not reflected in package deps

In refrence to gdm-2.8.0.0-0ubuntu2

/etc/gdm/Xsession invoves #!/bin/ksh but does not have a depenedency on pdksh
not any other corn shell. Suggestions would be to add this dependancy or replace
the script with on that calls /bin/sh

I can confirm this. I met the same problem after upgrade and ended up with
change the #!/bin/ksh to #!/bin/sh

 gdm (2.8.0.0-0ubuntu3) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/01_shellsh.patch:
     - use "/bin/sh" as shell (Ubuntu: #11918).
