Bug Description
there is a fi to much in this script
just call /etc/init.d/gdm restart and you will get the error
ii gdm 3.10.0.1-0ubuntu3 amd64 Next generation GNOME Display Manager
ii gir1.2-gdm-1.0 3.10.0.1-0ubuntu3 amd64 GObject introspection data for the GNOME Display Manager
ii libgdm1 3.10.0.1-0ubuntu3 amd64 Next generation GNOME Display Manager (shared libraries)
