Bug Description
Binary package hint: gdm
Problem exists with Xubuntu's Xubuntu Gutsy Gibbon Tribe-1+ (most recent updates | June 26, 2007) GDM login. The problem occurrs immediately after submitting username and password information, and before the Xubuntu splash screen appears.
The problem is that Xubuntu shows the Ubuntu brown color for a brief moment before displaying the default Xubuntu blue color and then displaying the Xubuntu splash screen. GDM should not display the default ubuntu brown color, but the GDM color selector does not show the Ubuntu brown - it shows only the default Xubuntu blue.
This is a cosmetic problem only, and does not impact the functionality of the GDM login process.
