The port to the new gdm architecture, as done in bug 404870, does not enforce AppArmor restrictions yet.

This bug was fixed in the package gdm-guest-session - 0.12

gdm-guest-session (0.12) karmic; urgency=low
* Add guest-restricte d.desktop: New X session which runs the protected Xsession script wrapper. session- setup.sh: Set "guest-restricted" as Xsession for guest.
