raw NEF thumbnails not processed

Raw NEF thumbnails are not displayed in Nautilus.

FIX

Add missing mime types to /usr/share/thumbnailers/gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer.thumbnailer

Please consider changing the thumbnailer conifg so it will work out of the box.

My bug https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gdk-pixbuf/-/issues/157#note_804913and was closed after a brief discussion.

Could this be fixed in Ubuntu with a post-install script? One would expect thumbnails in nautilus to simply work. Most people won't search the help pages and then dig into the configs and will be frustrated.

This used to work in previous Ubuntu versions, so it is a regression.

Thanks for reporting upstream, indeed the situation is suboptimal if adding the mimetype makes the image viewer open those files in low resolution...

Having small thumbnails is better than having no thumbnails. To attract
a wider audience Ubuntu must have a better out-of-the box experience.

Sony ARW are not working, even after adding the mime type to "gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer.thumbnailer"
Not sure whose fault is it, but it's frustrating not to have any thumbnail for all the RAWs if you have a Sony camera.
