gdebi-gtk crashed with error in finish_dpkg(gdebi terminal popped open and closed very quickly, with no install of deb package)

I have tried to install a couple different .deb packages, with same result. Gdei-gtk terminal pops open very quickly to install package, but closes just as quick, with no installation occurring. Thank you, for this opportunity to report bugs in a, looks to be much improved format. :)
