Steps might be reason of this error:
1. Upgrade from Karmic To Lucid;
2. Updating VBox installed version for Karmic on Lucid ( with Karmic package );
3. Then - enabling disabled ( by Lucid's Upgrade ) Karmic VBox PPA and Upgrading from same versions targeted OSes ( 3.1.8_ubuntu_karmic -> 3.18_ubuntu_lucid );
Error message when executing downloaded deb from link above in GDebi Package installation dialog:
"Error: Conflicts with the installed package 'virtualbox-3.1'"
Any solutions?
