gdebi-gtk does not start w msg 'Download failed'

problem occurs in both xorg and wayland sessions

Note: gdebi works fine if i click on a .deb and select 'open with gdebi'

I can confirm this bug in 21.04. However, I think it's about to be coincidentally fixed through the solution to bug #1946499. At least I can successfully open gdebi-gtk in jammy (without passing a .deb file as argument), and if the SRU of the other bug gets completed it ought to be fixed in 21.10 as well.

So since I believe it's fixed in jammy I mark this bug "Fix Released".
