  * New Upstream version 
  * Remove patches now applied upstream: 
    - toplevelskip.patch 
    - enable-vtk6-bindings.patch 
  * remov the signing patches because the actual problems 
    was with the dh_strip_nondeterminism:  
    - add-csharp-keyfile-from-commandline.patch
    - vtkgdcm-sharp-siging.patch
  * Update doc-base to index.xhtml and version number in pdf file name.
