gdb crashed with SIGSEGV in iterate_over_threads() when catching segfault

Binary package hint: gdb

I attach gdb to a running program and then I continue from the debugger and make my program do something that causes a crash that I want to debug.

Unfortunately, this makes gdb crash as well.
