Please notice that we have the latest 12.1 in kinetic/22.10:
gdb | 12.1-0ubuntu1 | kinetic
So if the needed z16 patches are all in latest 12.1 we are probably good.

This feature will not make it in time for the kinetic / 22.10 FF, therfore we have to postpone it to the next release.

Item is not ready in time for Mantic. Therefore, we have to postpone to Ubuntu 24.04.
