Bug Description

% head -n 1 /usr/bin/gsettings-schema-convert
#!/usr/bin/env python

While it's fine, preferable even for the development version of /usr/bin/gsettings-schema-convert to have the given #! line, it is incorrect for the deployed production version. The installed version of /usr/bin/gsettings-schema-convert should use #!/usr/bin/python
