package gconf2 3.2.6-3ubuntu6 failed to install/upgrade: dependency problems - leaving triggers unprocessed

System upgrage to Ubuntu 16.04 failed. During upgrade many packets were not installed:
I wrote down the Dutch remarks "Kan gconf2 niet installeren" and many others. Translated:

Since then only logging-out is possible, but the menu items: "Close the system" ("Afsluiten" in Dutch) nor "Restart" gave any effect. Caption of this menu is:
