This is obviously not a duplicate, since the #945144 is fixed, and I just got the error in trusty.

Right, the issue is a missing key in a converted schemas, those end up with the same functions signature and get marked incorrectly as duplicate though

Do you still get the issue? It would be useful to get a report/stacktrace with libglib2.0-0-dbg installed, that should give us the problematic schemas and key

I also got this when upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04. Maybe the program can be fixed to be resilient to schema changes?
