Users need a way to disable Hibernate.

Hibernate can cause problems on some systems for numerous reasons. It is helpful to have the capability to disable Hibernate. When disabled, it would be nice to have the "Hibernate" option be removed from the Session-Menu-Indicator as well. This way unavailable features are not cluttering the menu.
